Cold email software

Cold email that runs itself. You take the calls.

Pick a plan and PeakPlanner sets up separate sending domains and mailboxes, warms them up, writes your emails with AI for you to approve, sends them in each lead’s working hours and sorts the replies as they arrive.

  • Campaigns start only when you approve them
  • Unsubscribes and bounces handled automatically

How it works

From sign-up to your first replies, in five steps.

PeakPlanner does the setup, the writing, the sending and the sorting. You decide who to contact and approve what it says.

  1. Pick a package and tell it about your business

Choose a 3-month package and pay once, by bank transfer or card. Then say what you sell and who you want to reach; PeakPlanner writes your emails from those answers.

  2. Domains and mailboxes, set up and warmed up

Separate domains and mailboxes, made only for outreach, are ordered as soon as you pay, with the DNS records Gmail and Outlook check. They warm up automatically for 15 days. Then your campaign starts at 5 emails a mailbox a day and rises on its own to full speed, 30 a day, about a month after the mailboxes are set up.

  3. Add your leads

Upload the lists you already have, or have PeakPlanner find local businesses for you on Google Maps. Every address is checked before it’s emailed, every person is scored on fit, and anyone on your do-not-contact list is left out.

  4. AI writes, you approve

Your first email and two follow-ups are written with AI from your answers, with each lead’s name and company. Read them in your login, change anything, and approve. Nothing is sent before you do.

  5. It sends, sorts the replies and tracks the deals

Emails go out in each lead’s working hours, spread across your mailboxes. Follow-ups stop when someone replies. AI reads every reply: routine ones are handled on their own, and interested ones go to the top of your inbox with an answer drafted. Every interested reply becomes a deal you can follow to won.

Each interested reply becomes a deal that moves from interested to proposal to won, so you can see what every campaign brings in, not just how many emails went out. Plus a monthly report you can print or share.

What’s included

Everything it takes to run cold email properly.

All in one app, from the first domain to the last reply.

  • Separate sending domains

Ordered for you as soon as you pay: domains and mailboxes made only for outreach, so your company’s own domain never sends cold email.

  • Automatic warmup

New mailboxes warm up for 15 days on PeakPlanner’s own warmup network before they email a single lead, and keep warming up while they send.

  • Your lead lists

Upload the lists you already have, or have PeakPlanner find local businesses for you on Google Maps by type and place. Every person gets a fit score, so you can see who is worth reaching first.

  • Every address checked

Each address is checked before it’s emailed: invalid and throwaway ones are taken out and risky ones flagged, so fewer emails bounce.

  • Emails written with AI, approved by you

Your first email and two follow-ups, written from what you tell PeakPlanner about your business. Anything it doesn’t know is left as a gap for you to fill, never made up. Edit anything, then approve.

  • Sent at the right time

Each lead gets your email in their own working hours, from one of many mailboxes, with a daily limit on each. As replies come in, sending leans toward the hours that get the most answers.

  • Follow-ups that know when to stop

Each follow-up goes in the same thread and stops the moment someone replies.

  • One inbox for every reply

Replies from every mailbox land in one place, the best leads first. AI reads each one and drafts an answer for you to send or change.

  • Routine replies handled

Unsubscribe requests, not-interested replies and out-of-office notices are handled on their own: added to do-not-contact, closed, or snoozed until the person is back. Anything unsure is left for you.

  • Every lead tracked to revenue

Each interested reply becomes a deal that moves from interested to won, so you can see what every campaign brings in, not just how many emails went out.

  • Unsubscribes and bounces handled

Anyone who opts out or hard-bounces goes on a do-not-contact list automatically and is never emailed again. A campaign pauses itself if too many emails bounce.

  • Your own login

See the replies, your deals and the numbers for every campaign whenever you like, plus a monthly report you can print or share.

One tool at a time

Or just the part you need.

Each tool in PeakPlanner also works on its own, for when you already have the rest.

  • Domains and mailboxes

Separate domains with Google Workspace mailboxes, made only for outreach and set up with the DNS records Gmail and Outlook check.

  • Warmup

Your mailboxes trade emails with others in a warmup network, a few more each weekday. Any that land in spam or promotions are moved to the inbox, read and marked important, and some get a reply.

  • Lead lists

Upload lists from a spreadsheet, or find local businesses on Google Maps and read their websites for a public email address. Every person gets a fit score, and anyone on your do-not-contact list is left out.

  • Email verification

Checks each address before it’s emailed: good ones are kept, catch-all and unknown ones are flagged as risky, and invalid or throwaway ones are taken out, so fewer emails bounce.

  • Sequencer and scheduler

A first email and follow-ups in the same thread, written by you or with AI, sent in each lead’s working hours across many mailboxes with a daily limit on each. Follow-ups stop when someone replies.

  • Central inbox

Replies from every mailbox in one place, with warmup and bounce notices kept out. AI sorts each reply, puts the best leads first and drafts an answer for you to send or change.

Prices for single tools are coming soon. Need one now? Talk to us. Warmup, the sequencer and the inbox work with Google Workspace mailboxes: ones you get here, or your own once your Google admin approves PeakPlanner.

FAQ

Questions people ask first.

Will this hurt my company’s email?

No. PeakPlanner sends from separate domains set up only for outreach, so your company’s own domain and mailboxes are never used for cold email. If a sending domain ever runs into trouble, your everyday email isn’t affected.

Do I approve the emails?

Yes. PeakPlanner writes your first email and follow-ups with AI, and a campaign only starts once you approve it in your login. You can edit any of it first, and pause a campaign at any time.

What do I need to do?

Pick a plan, say what you sell and who you want to reach, and add your leads: upload a list, or have PeakPlanner find local businesses for you. Then approve your emails, answer the interested replies and take the calls.

How soon can we start?

Your domains and mailboxes are ordered as soon as you pay and are usually ready a day or two later. They warm up for 15 days, then your campaign starts at 5 emails a mailbox a day and reaches full speed, 30 a day, about a month in. Use the warmup to add your leads and approve your emails. PeakPlanner may review a new account before its first campaign sends.

Who answers the replies?

AI reads every reply and sorts it. Routine ones, like unsubscribe requests, not-interested replies and out-of-office notices, are handled on their own. Interested replies go to the top of your inbox with an answer drafted, for you to send as it is or change.

Is every email personal?

Every email uses the person’s name and company and is written around your offer for the people you want to reach. You read and approve them before anything is sent.

Can I see what it brings in?

Yes. Your login shows the replies and every deal from interested to won, with the revenue each campaign brought in, and a monthly report you can share.

Do you work with agencies?

Yes. Agencies can offer PeakPlanner to their own clients under their own name, logo and web address, and their clients never see ours. Talk to us to set it up.

How do you keep emails out of spam?

Separate, warmed-up domains with the DNS records Gmail and Outlook check, every address checked before it’s emailed, a daily limit on each mailbox, sending spread across many mailboxes, and a campaign that pauses itself if too many emails bounce.

What happens with unsubscribes and bounces?

They’re handled automatically. Anyone who asks to stop is never emailed again, bounced addresses are removed, and a campaign pauses itself if too many emails bounce.

Can I buy just one tool?

Yes. Domains and mailboxes, warmup, lead lists, email verification, the sequencer and the inbox each work on their own. Prices for single tools are coming soon; until then, talk to us.

Can I talk to someone first?

Yes. Use the form at the bottom of this page, or email us, and we’ll reply by email.

How much does it cost?

Packages run for 3 months, paid once: from $333.00 a month ($999) for 30,000 emails with Starter, to $1,566.33 a month ($4,699) for 150,000 with Pro. Each card shows indicative replies and leads.
